for those interested i will be installing a rig into my mini in the new year, i will include pictures of all stages for future reference for other members

the only drama i can see at the mo is a high swr due to lack of a metal roof lol but hey i can have a play.

kit to be used so far is a wilson little wil, mounted on the rear parcel shelf.

rig will be a 80ch intek possibly, not to sure yet something basic no doubt

im hoping the rear parcel shelf will provide me with that, much easyer on my vectra just plonk the wilson on the roof and low low swr lol

its not going to b much of a set up just something to use while going to the shows hence just having a 80ch rig nothing to flash

hey there,

at the back behind the rear seats is a small parcel shelf, providing swr is fine then it will go there, if not,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM is the answer to that lol

the install is on hold for a while now due to a new addition to the radio family (icom ic-706mk11g) so the mini will have to wait lol
