Nobody seems to be hearing me (either that or they are ignoring me)

Im hearing pkenty of people on various channels but when i speak nobody pays any attention.

Using a Thunderpole T2000 in a land rover with a swr of 1.2 on channel 1 and 1.4 onchannel 40
