Hi guys, it's been years since I've switched my CB on, so been ages since I've been in here. I still listen to my scanner from time to time.

Anyway, I'm after a recommendation for a set of 446's. Mainly for use at home when I'm in the garage rebuilding my motorbike, I can radio in for tea and biscuits, that kind of thing

It may find some use elsewhere, I was thinking, maybe something between £20-£40, maybe a touch more if it's really worth it.

Thanks guys.

I have a set of Cobras and find them very good and well built but am sure others can recommend other products, The Boefeng may do a good job for you with lots of accessories.

Yes a pair of baofeng types and with a pair of compatable vox headsets you could use them motorcycle to motorcycle also.
