Well I'm trying to get my head around why they are called 10m, 11m and all the rest?
I have looked on google, and Wikipedia however it all seems to be jumble and doesn't make any sense at all?
I just want to know why they are called that and how it works? Lol
I know 11m is CB, and 10 is HAM? What are the others?
Can Anyone Explain?

It is simply the wavelength of that frequency.
27Mhz = 11m
29Mhz = 10m
144Mhz = 2m
430Mhz = 70cm
etc.
The higher the frequency, the shorter the wavelength.
