just wondering if any one can help !!! i run a jd 6920 got an intek 550 rig in there, i ve got the aerial mounted in the centre if the roof on a frame to the roof bolts with an old disc in the middle. this is not the problem though as i can hear well with it, the problem comes when i switch on my eurocb p150 boots it seems to interfear withe common rail fuel pump, which as you may geuss is not good. my thought is there are too may "whiskeys" there, never had this problem on the 8320 though, any suggestions ??

hello there dave, the power is coming from a bank of sockets in the cab that are direct to the battery, these sockets in the past havent given me any problems such as interferance, but you never know always open to suggestions

check for bad earth on the fuel pump as the extra drain of the boots could be drawing power off it or its rf

Yep, sounds like a bad earth to me too! Clean and tighten all your connections!

Just an idea, Have you tried moving your rig round the cab? i've had bother in the past with my old NH 8560, it use to do silly things with engine oil pressure and fuel gauges when i keyed up, and MF big square balers dump all the chamber pressure aswell, if you have the CB to near the computer.
If at first you don't suceed, sod it.
