Does anyone remember the old anti suss twigs from the eighties?, I think they were called D27,s and looked like the DV27,s but without the adjustable tuning bit at the top ( they were thin, black fiberglass and you had to cut off the top to S.W.R in ) Havn't seen them for years, can you still get them?

you got 4 versions why back then early eighties

there was the small dv 27 about 2ft in lengh
then the standard dv 27 grey or black
then if you were posh you had the dx 27 with the helex coil up it black in colour

then if you were realy posh you had the 10ft tank version of the dv 27 2 part antenna used to get them in places like (other company) and (other company) and there was a small magazine called breaker breaker that carried adverts if i can mind back

oh happy days
