I can only find out on tinterweb that it is called an FCB1281 and the microhone wiring is 'Standard'... http://www.thunderpole.co.uk/mic_wiring_standard.htm

Falcon Of Japan FCB 1281. 40 Channell FM , build around 1981 ,
Small Signal meter same as the Binatone Speedway , Never seen one of these myself but going off its small size it
looks like it may have a Maxon chassis / board similar to Maxcom 4E and Midland 2001.
