After 2024 you no longer had say the cb was for business.
Now as long as bolt in vehicle with mic you good to go.
This was because of HAM want to use there HAM radio in there car. HAM is classified as only a Hobby where CB is classified as both businesses and hobbyists/emergency radio.
So if you are stop , you say it for business and that was OK.

Now as long radio is bolt in vehicle with mic it is ok
