Hi,
I am quite new to the Cb world, and i am looking for a basic but good Cb to start with.
I've seen a Kernow Beta 1100 Cb for sale (i have included a picture) Does anyone know what these CB's are like, also does anyone know how much it is worth?

Thanks

I've got one of those, they're small easy to fit in most cars and good performance, mine cost a shade under £50 when new, keep looking they are out there. You could always try asking the owners of this forum.

Contact:

you can buy a new cb for under £50
there is no way i would pay that for a second hand one
i always like to buy new , no one has been messing with them then....
remember its the antenna that does most of the work not the radio !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all standard cb radios kick out the same 4watts of power
always buy a good antenna wilson 1000 for mobile or antron 99 or silver rod for homebase
will do the trick
check out intek cb radios there making a good name for them selfs in a very small amount of time

http://www.thunderpole.co.uk/intek-m-110-plus.htm

have a look on this page they start from £49
a intec for £55
you would be mad to pay stupid money for a second hand radio when you can buy a spanking shiny new radio for under £50

Intek works well the 110Plus, the audio is cracking and the price too. Just would be nice with a s-meter but works well and thats the most important
