ive just dug my old danita 3000 multi out thinking about putting in car but want to be able to take it out so no hard wiring is it possible to connect to cigarette adaptor in car as i used to use it home base with a power supply cheers

possible and common, better would be by direct wiring to your battery via a fuse, and with a connector block; make up a matching connector for your home power supply

I use bullet connectors in my van with a direct feed fused from the battery makes it easy to remove or change radios
