hi just a simple question... whats the rf gain knob on my mates cb for he doesn't know what to set it on and does it make any diffrence?

hi i've just bought a quick release fixing for my twig and it seems to reduce the output when transmitting, it only goes up 4 bars instead of a full 5 ... has anyone else had any problems with this type of fixing from thunderpole?

hi i have the same trouble i have a new cb midland ,,, and new twig and cable but i mounted it on front wing i don't think its earthed . if i fit it to a gutter mount do i not have to earth it?

hi i recently bought a second hand uniden cb unfortunatly it came without a power lead.
looking at the conecting pins at the back their are 3 and i was wondering what they were 1 must be + 1 muct be - but whats the 3rd??
i don't just want to conect it to power as i don't want to damage it.
any help ...
