Hiya guys, its been a while since my last post,Hope all are well!
Ive just had the pleasure of purchasing the new ALBRECHT.AE 6890, and what a little cracker it is too!
I was after somthing to replace my old maycom 27 for mobile use, and stumbled across this gem. :P

With a pre-amplified mike, and the face off option to mount the buissness end on the dash or in easy hands reach,
is there a better mini multiband mobile radio out there ive missed!

Anybody who has got one of these or has worked one for a while and found any probs or floors with this rig, I would be happy to hear your comments... :D :D :D

Hi Guys, for Mr P!e and whoever else may be interested, here are a few pics of my new Albrecht 6890, as a little homebase setup and also how I have installed it into my Paj.

I've also had a recent modification, where now it will work on 6 Bands, A-F - 25.615 - 28.305.

The beauty of this little rig is that you can have the main body of the radio with all the clockwork gubbins hidden away, while the brains and the beauty, with the help of the supplied bracket can be placed up on the dash where it is more easily accessible as shown in the pics.
