i started off with a base station setup when i was about 15 talking to a group of freinds the same age, but soon progressed to the timber wagon drivers and anyone else that would talk to me.
my first handle was the snowman but as a regular trucker had the same handle i changed to the kerry snowman, at 17 came the car rig and a unfortunate incident with a snow drift became known as the snowblower.
well i cant realy remember how or when i quit,
how things have changed no licence anymore and all these eu uk channels
well ive bought a second hand midland 48 excel just need to wait for the ariel to turn up and off i go, i just hope it doesnt turn out to be a big disapointment like a few members have found 
i curently work for a animal feed firm and travel, hereford, gloucester,worcester,north wales,mid wales,chester,birmingham,derby, so hopefully catch a few members on the airwaves bye for now
