hi

i am slightly confused.

i keep hearing what sounds like spanish ladies talking on the cb on channel 35 really clearly. seeing as i live in cornwall i cant understand how this is happening.

could there possibly be a fault with my cb??

any advice would be greatly appreciated

cheers

probably the radio waves from spain are bouncing off the atmosphere and coming down at your location. Will likely pass after awhile.

Some guys talk to people in the states using this method.

Yes it's called skip.

In theory if the conditions are right you can speak back to them.

You could say 'Hola Senioritas!' and see what happens

are you sure, most CBs are dual banded. EU and UK frequencies.

i contacted midland and they said that it is an eu band only radio. i thought most radios where dual banded aswell. do you have any ideas on how to change the band?

On muppets you will hear them on high band fm, What you really need is a sideband rig were all the fun really is.
