Hi it Carl form Castleford wife got me a cb for Christmas and fitted it in today but the swr readings were so high can any one help

There's no straight answer and a raft of possibilities so probably need a little more info...
What rig is it? What antenna? And what are you installing it in?
One person in ten understands binary. The other one doesn't. :wink:
