Help with a high swr!!!

Hi, I am just after a bit of help please, I have an intek 799 and a spare wheel antenna mount with a mini orbiter antenna, I have connected an swr meter and on all channels I am getting a reading about the same in the red,

I have checked the coax's for shorts they are fine, I tried to run an earth from the chassis to the outer connector of the antenna but still no joy!?

I would welcome any ideas please!!

could be reflection from the vehicle as the orbiter type of antenna are prone to this
