Im looking for an up to date book on all things cb and amateur, a book that explains the differance between cb and amateur, a book that pretty much explains whats what, whats 10m radio?, whats ham?, what equipment is needed for what?, different frequencies?, i think you get my drift.

Is there any good reads out there?

sounds like you have just got yourself a project there the only one i remember is an american book called the big dummys guide to cb but not seen it for years

It probably has a cursory mention of CB in it. It will certainly explain all the more technical aspects of two way radio.
