The council that fitted them refused to rectify the problem, I even relocation my antron further away and higher, in the end I gave in and sold up but before I did i tried different rigs and antennas to see if they were affected and were so i am no longer into cb radio.

My house backs onto oap bungalows and about 2 month ago the council installed solar panels and during the day my transmission is being accompanied by a hum to the receiver but as it gets dark its ok, do you think it could be the electrics of the panels interfering with my signal as it only started ...

Can anyone suggest a radio/mike combination please.
I have a 148 gtl dx mk1 and useing a kpo power mike but i,m being told it sounds muffled no matter how i adjust the mike.

What does the 148 owner use for a good match.

the input is 20w ssb, the swr is 1, just tried it on usb on pos 6 and the amp didnt trip out but on usb i key the mike and the tx red light blinks, stays off then glows red when the mike is released, sorry to be a pain

Not too good on equasions :oops: my lincoln puts out 21w on ssb and at the mo i,m useing a k-po 25a from our hosts and the amp trips out on the 1st position when on 21w output so would something be amiss

Hi, could anyone tell me what size power supply i need just to run a kl 400 amp, i have a president lincoln running on a 7a psu, the amp trips out when i key up with the amp on position 1 on ssb but ok on fm at any power level.

Hi, can anyone suggest a solution to my neighbours tvi problem.

I have a zetagi tvi filter in line (300w max) but for some reason it only effects his surround sound sub only, its ok until i start dx,ing on cb/ssb 200 and 400w respectively, 4w not a problem, my other neighbors dont have any problems ...

didnt know what section to put this in so here goes, my radio has 6w fm and 12w ssb, i have a rm kl 400 amp powered soely by a k po 25a psu, with these figures what output should i be getting, i,m a bit dumb when it comes figures lol #-o
